Since the new update, when I click my "Sleep" shortcut, or hit the related hotkey, I also have to confirm in a popup box that I want Rundll32 to "make changes to my device, thus totally negating the utility of having a one touch hotkey. Is there some way the avoid this second step and let the...
Hello,
I have my display and sleep settings set to "never". But after 3 minutes of inactivity, the display turns off. It's annoying and what else must I do to fix this?
"Sleep" is completely gone in my shutdown menu, but none of the many "solutions" I've found all over the web actually do anything for me. The main reason none of them work is because every suggestion I've seen naively assume I've disabled it one way or another rather than it being utterly gone...
When my phone (Window 10 mobile) is asleep and I put something on the desk near it the screen wakes up. This happens so frequently it seems like I can look at it and the screen lights up. Where is the setting to reduce the sensitivity of this?
Thanks
Sleep checkbox is missing from shutdown settings:
and so it doesn't appear in start either:
and not in power plan settings:
also, not in advanced power plan settings.
Help appreciated
Yesterday, I did 3 big things: I updated my dell inspiron 13 7000 series laptop, I updated my microsoft office suite, and I installed project 64 the popular nintendo emulator. Since last night, every time my laptop goes to sleep and I turn the screen back on, I'll get this weird pixel-y display...
The seventh fairy, who hasn't yet given her gift, attempts to reverse the evil fairy's curse. However, she can only do so partially. Instead of dying, the Princess will fall into a deep sleep for 100 years and be awakened by a kiss from a king's son.

Win 10 64. All software updates current. Every time I leave my computer for few hours upon returning I get this window. Any idea of what's happening? I usually get the same window for True Image. Sleep and Hibernate are disabled. This just started in the last week or so.

My trouble is with sleep and hibernate modes. When either mode is entered the computer won’t wake. (When a ‘wake’ is initiated, the power light comes on, but not the monitor. I’ve seen the hard drive light barely flicker for a fraction of a second, but it doesn’t run for the length of time...
In DOS batch scripts under Windows 7 there was a function "timeout" which stops the execution for n seconds.
This command seems to be replaced by "sleep" in DOS batch scripts under Win10.
Is this true?

Hi,
So I have note notice any issues at all before this did happen and either has I notice any issues after but so my guess is that somehow it's a driver bug but still I want your opinion regarding it.
And I think it was my bluetooth devices that did trigger this issue, that's what I can see in...
