I added Speech Recognition to my Win 7 and cannot get the console off the screen. I can`t X out or minimize it. I can`t get it off the task bar. Everything seems to be stuck on "Starting Speech Recognition". Any help to alleviate will be appreciated.

hi i have tried to do the Speech recognition tutorial on my Acer Aspire One [8.9" screen] and the resolution for the tutorial is set at 1024x768 and my screen only goes as high as 600 so the tutorial wont start. I have used it on another machine[pc] and it works well but not on my netbook. Does...
I love the speech recognition. It actually works, is useful, and is fun. But I would like to know if there is a way to customize the voice commands, such as addressing the computer as a name to activate it, instead of "Start listening" (nerdy, I know, but AWESOME). Or for further customization...

I am running Vista and OneNote 2007 on a netbook that has an Atom processor, and I find the combination intriguing. Has anyone used the speech recognition engine in Vista and output into OneNote?

Sounds good to me, another reason to dump my 3 year old 17" lcd and get a touch screen :P (j/k).
Is it possible to create custom commands for the speech recognition engine? For instance, can I create a command that will open my browser to a specific site or type my name (while not in "dictation" mode)?
