One thing I'd like to do is make the titlebar of every single app I open on my Windows 11 look like the Windows Vista titlebar. On XP, 7, and Vista, apps weren't able to have custom titlebars. Now they are, and it sucks. Anyone know how to change it?

So recently on Windows 11, I've used WindowsBlinds and downloaded Win Live Essentials. But on some apps, the title bar isn't showing up. ..yeah. I've made it look a lot like Vista, but it isn't i swear yeah so does anyone know how to fix this? it's actually getting annoying.
