So the topic title is pretty self-explanatory what I want to do is drag a folder to the side of the screen and make a folder out of it. This was possible in XP and in Vista I think but I can't do it in 7. Any way to do it,native or via program ?

I don't know if this went away in Vista, but in XP you could customize the tool bar and add buttons for delete, copy, undo etc. Without these it takes an extra mouse click to do any of these functions. If it is available in Win 7 WE I have not been able to find it. Any help?

I create new toolbars (and quicklaunch) in my taskbar, and whenever I restart or shutdown the pc these toolbars simply disappear and I have to redefine them.
