Windows 8 Custom taskbar texture
Hi Im new to these forums but I want to ask if there is a free program to change the texture of the taskbar, because as far as my knowledge goes there is no default program on windows 8 to do so. P.S. I am trying to create my own custom theme for windows 8, thanks!- Julezboy

Windows 8 network access pprotection
Hello I have Windows 8.1 and read about this feature. One half say it is useless for a home user and the other half say it is worthwhile as a baseline checker. I guess I would install it if it did no harm and was easy to do. Is anyone familiar with this feature? Thank you Peter- Peterr
