When I am online, internet explorer frequently automatically closesand a dialog box appears to ask if I wish to restart and then restore mysession resulting in having to rework. Any suggestions to stop this happening?

Hi everyone, Recently I've been seeing the BSOD when I am about to play and the characters are loading (and I suppose it's a coincidence, but it was with the same character). I am attaching here all the files I think you need. Thanks a lot for your help.
