Hi :)
How to set firewall rule for a program on external drive for example Z:\Programs\SomeProgram\program.exe. How to prevent moving this rule to inactives when I disconnect the drive? Every time I have to dissable and enable rule to make it active. How to set this rule permanent even there is...
...So I don't have to de- and activate both in- and outgoing rules everytime. It seems like a lot to do that could be done with a single click.

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to create a few rules in a Windows 2012 Firewall. It's currently joined to a domain and would like the following rules:
Allow all internet and LAN access for the security group "admin"
block 80, 443, 8443 only for the internet for the security group "user"
allow all...

This happens every time I reboot. Windows Firewall asks me for letting an app through. I have granted the access before, but WF doesn't seem to remember. Also, the path is very strange:
What may be happening? Thanks!
Hi, the last week I'm been suffering freezes and reboots. I had one or two BSOD but that doesn't seem to be the main problem, and I have no dumps of them.
I have recently changed from a HDD to a SSD, I have applied a theme on my Windows 10, and I have updated to Fall Creators update. I cloned...
Hi,
I did take a look at my firewall log at Kaspersky and I did see that a file s2prcuen.zd3.vbs had showed up.
When I google on the file I can't find anything about the file.
I did also look after the file but it's gone, I have also been looking at my backups for 21:00 and 00:00 at the same...
Hi,
Does anyone know please what rules should be created in Windows Firewall in order for NOD32 Antivirus to update, considering that intentionally, manually all outbound traffic is blocked, and all the rules should be created manually.
Thank you.
After having used for some years another firewall I considered now to switch to MS built in Windows Firewall (in Win 7 Pro).
So I deinstalled the old FW and enabled the MS WF.
When I go now to wf.msc e.g into "Inbound rules" section then there are much to my surprise many "Allow" rules for...

Hello all!
Since yesterday morning, I've had an error with the Firewall not turning back on. The day before, it was on, and working fine! I haven't installed anything since, except we had a new router installed because our old one had the wrong charger to it. The new one worked fine the day we...
I have noticed that a number of applications give themselves permission to get through the firewall. No matter how many times I deny these apps access through the firewall they seem to mysteriously regain permission. Since the last time I unticked all of the following, they are all re ticked...

First 3 are some VPN exeptions.
Thanks

Hello, I am trying to prevent getting spied on over my LAN. I believe the only way for this to be done is for the sleuth to use remote login. I have very little knowledge on networking, and am assuming the solution has something to do with disabling incoming ports on Windows Firewall. Thank you...
