Hello all, After trying to follow the instructions to upgrade from a 32 os to a 64 os, I tried opening one of my hard drives and get this black reboot screen. I have tried to install from gpt, mbr, with flash drive connected, and hard resetting the computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?windows
An image from '64 os upgrade problem'. Computer screen showing an error to reboot and select proper boot device.

It's not possible to upgrade from 32 to 64 bit. This will require a clean install. You'll need to make sure your boot media and BIOS are the same in order to install. The either both need to be set to UEFI/GPT or Legacy/MBR. I would use Rufus if you haven't to create the bootable installer.
