It's being uploaded to an FTP server. x64 should be available within the hour, x86 a couple hours after that.

7279 is fake. As for the activation workaround, it has something to do with replacing the activation files with ones from an earlier RC build. However, I have no idea what those files are, or where to find them.

Wasn't it reported that When they made builds 7261, 62, and 63, they couldn't decide which was best, then put together 7264 but ditched it because it created more bugs...so isn't this that buggy build?

lol, oh yeah, I remember that! Well, I haven't run into any bugs yet (aside from the RC keys not working ), but if I do, I'll post em in here.

Anyone Finished Downloading?

The FTP appears to be stalled at 81% and has not progressed in several hours. Has anyone got this thing (X64) downloaded yet?

It is downloading again (at 25K) so allow many hours for the download. I guess the server is swamped at this point.

The good news is...if you use all the rearms, that should put you up to around October 26-30... 4 to 8 days after 7 has gone retail.
