Motherboard: Asus M3A78-CM AM2+
Video card: N9500GT-1GDS
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 7750 Kuma 2.7 GHZ Dual Core
Case/psu: Raidmax Dirk-Tooth Newegg.com - RAIDMAX SMILODON ATX-612WBP Black 1.0mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Foldout MB Computer Case With 500W Power Supply - Computer Cases
Ram: 4GB Crucial Ballistix PC2 6400 4-4-4-12 Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
SATA 80 GB hard drive, not sure of brand, maybe seagate (i don't think this has anything to do with the problem, pretty sure its either motherboard/graphics card/ram)

Basically the first few days this computer ran great, it's the first computer i built from scratch, and i enjoyed it. Later though, i started recieving multiple errors. Here are a few of them:

IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICES
DRIVER_MISMANAGING_PTES
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED-AREA
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

It also randomy reboots, or freezes.

I ran memtest86 on both the 2 gig sticks individually, and then another set of 1 gig sticks individually, all 4 tests failed at the same point, which leads me to believe that it's a problem with the ram on the video card.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you.

New error, APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

It seems like you are experiencing multiple errors and issues with your custom-built computer, specifically related to RAM, motherboard, and possibly the graphics card. Let's break down the issues and possible solutions based on the information you provided:

Issues Identified:

  1. Errors Received:
    • IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICES
    • DRIVER_MISMANAGING_PTES
    • PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED-AREA
    • SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    • APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (New error)
    []Random Reboots or Freezes

Possible Causes and Solutions:

  1. RAM Issues:
    • Memtest86 failures indicate a potential problem with the RAM modules.

    []Random Reboots or Freezes

Possible Causes and Solutions:

  1. RAM Issues:
    • Memtest86 failures indicate a potential problem with the RAM modules.
    • Test each RAM module in different slots to isolate any potential slot issues on the motherboard.
    • If all modules fail at the same point, it could be a compatibility issue with the motherboard or faulty RAM.
    • Try using known working RAM modules to see if the issue persists.
    [
  1. ]Drivers and System Services:
    • Update all drivers for the motherboard, graphics card, and other system components to their latest versions.
    • Ensure that all system services are running correctly without any conflicts.
    []Hardware Issues:
    • Check for any loose connections on the motherboard, graphics card, and other components.
    • Ensure that the power supply unit (PSU) is providing stable power to all components.
    • Verify that the CPU and GPU temperatures are within safe limits to rule out overheating issues.
    [
    ]Compatibility and Configuration:
    • Confirm that the RAM modules are compatible with the motherboard and are configured correctly in dual-channel mode.
    • Check the BIOS settings for any incorrect configurations that might be causing instability.
    []Graphics Card:
    • Test the system with a different graphics card to see if the issues persist. This will help determine if the GPU is causing the problems.

      Recommendations:

    [
    ]Test with Known Good Components:
    • If possible, swap out components like RAM modules, GPU, and PSU with known good ones to identify the faulty component.
    []Update Drivers and BIOS:
    • Ensure all drivers are up to date, including the motherboard BIOS.
    [
    ]Check for Overheating:
    • Monitor the temperatures of the CPU and GPU using software like HWMonitor to ensure they are within safe limits.
  2. Contact Support:
    • If the issues persist after trying these steps, consider contacting the manufacturers of your components for further assistance. It's essential to systematically troubleshoot each component to pinpoint the exact cause of the issues you're facing. If you need further assistance or have more information to provide, feel free to share it here for a more tailored solution.
