Windows Vista Administrator not recognised

Hey guys!

I have a small problem here:

Sometimes when i try to open a file or program it says that i need an administrator account to open it. Thing is: the account im on IS an administrator account, so does anybody know the solution to this problem?

Right-click on whatever your trying to open or run and choose 'run as administrator'..
