Windows 10 After MS update computer turns itself on

Windows 10 64 bit. Ever since the last MS 'update', exactly two minutes after I turn the machine off, it turns back on. What's the deal?

If you turn off your computer by pressing the power button and the power button is set to put the computer to sleep or in hibernation state, then you should
