Hi all!

i am having issues installing my Radeon 9800 Pro. I have downloaded the driver from ATI´s homepage and installed it (version: 8.31.100.3.2.1). It works great but i can´t change may screen resolution higher then 1024 X 768. I would like to have it on 1600 X 1200. Is there any one else how have this problem?

I have the same problem with ati radeon xpress 200, I can't change the resolutiom from 1024 x 768 to 1366 x 768 or 1280 x 768, any idea? In windows xp works fine and installed the lastest driver from ati

Same Problem

I'm having the same problem! I have an all-in-wonder 9800 PRO (128MB). It worked fine in Vista. The native resolution of my LCD is 1280x1024 (19inch) and yet I can't get it to go past 1024x768. I noticed that if I go into the catalyst control center > digital panel properties > attributes it says "maximum reported resoltion: 1280x1024". This makes me think that there is a driver issue or vista is limiting my resolution because my graphics card sucks? I can't believe that though. This card should easily be able to run a monitor at 1280x1024.

Anyone that finds a solution please post it here. I wrote ati as well. I will post if I find anything.

The Wow just started. I had to enable my second extended TV monitor, then it would allow me to switch the resolutions up higher. Wow. poor.
