Windows 7 ATI rage xpert

I've decided to upgrade my Win XP server box to Win7. It's an ancient machine that I use as a glorified NAS, so I don't care if it's slow or doesn't have aero. As long as it serves up my files. It has an ATI Rage Xpert as the graphics card and I understand that this was discontinued. Short of replacing it or downgrading back to XP, what are my options to get this device working on Win7 (32 bit). What I need are drivers.

Any thoughts? Can XP drivers work in some sort of compatibility mode?

Not looking good for a windows 7 driver for that card.

Alternatively, you could try to insall the driver in compatibility mode...under XP and see that works.
