Windows 10 AutoOpen Task Manager Performance Tab

I've been trying to make a batch or shortcut to autorun with system to open the Task Manager in the Performance Tab with no luck.
Is there a way we can do this that I'm missing?

Unfortunately there are no documented switches to taskmanager. At best you can launch task manager with start taskmgr.exe

I don't know what you mean, can you be more clear about your answer?

Typically there will be switches associated with a program to control it's behavior when launched. What I mean is there are no publicly documented switches with task manager to make it open directly to the performance tab.
