Hello all,
I am posting this in hope to find an answer to what I find really strange.
So I came back from vacation and wanted to check my mails on my Computer. Windows 7 Ultimate booted like usual, but when I tried to access the Internet, I was instantly met with a "No Internet connection" screen.
This seemed strange, since it had always worked so far and my phone was not affected by the issue.
So I began troubleshooting. I checked if somehow my firewall was blocking it; It wasn't. Neither were any restrictions by our fritz box causing the issue. I had a connection to the router as well.
I tried changing the IP address and, oddly enough, I was able to open a website, a few seconds later it was back to no connection though.
I even tried changing the network adapter's MAC address with the same result.
I am now completely out of ideas on what to do, maybe some one in this community could help me out, it would mean a big deal to me.
Faithfully,
Peter Schmitz
