Windows 7 Back from Vacation... And all network activity suddenly blocked?

Hello all,

I am posting this in hope to find an answer to what I find really strange.

So I came back from vacation and wanted to check my mails on my Computer. Windows 7 Ultimate booted like usual, but when I tried to access the Internet, I was instantly met with a "No Internet connection" screen.
This seemed strange, since it had always worked so far and my phone was not affected by the issue.
So I began troubleshooting. I checked if somehow my firewall was blocking it; It wasn't. Neither were any restrictions by our fritz box causing the issue. I had a connection to the router as well.
I tried changing the IP address and, oddly enough, I was able to open a website, a few seconds later it was back to no connection though.
I even tried changing the network adapter's MAC address with the same result.
I am now completely out of ideas on what to do, maybe some one in this community could help me out, it would mean a big deal to me.

Faithfully,
Peter Schmitz

Well the phone is probably falling back to the cellular connection. If you have two devices (modem and router) then I would reboot the modem. If it's a single device and already bounced it I would contact your service provider because your not making it to the first hop outside your home network to the ISP CO

The phone is not falling back to cellular data, I get a normal connection over WiFi, same with other devices connected to the router over cable or WiFi. Its just my computer.
I will contact my ISP and update when I hear from them. Thank you for your time.
