Windows 7 [BIOS], i cant upgrade.

Hello!

I got a Asus P5Q-E Motherboard, my bios are for 2008 and I think that it could be good to upgrade to the latest (from 2009).

But when i tried it failed on step 2 or 3. And when i restarted the computer the bios had failed soo i hade to reload a backup.

The program i was using was "ASUS Update V7.09.02 Install Program for Windows 2000/XP/2003 and Windows 64bit XP/2003."
