Hello, I'm asking about a black screen error, and it is not "of death" since windows does boot past it. So, here's the issue... over the last few weeks I've noticed a black screen that appears during boot up and stays on the screen for 10 or 15 seconds. It then clears on it's own, and windows boots as normal. I took a picture of the error screen, but because of the high contrast it's not very clear. I've transcribed it here, however there a few bits that just aren't readable. But for the most part:

Processor Type: Intel Core 15-7400 @ 3.0 GHz
Processor Speed: 3000MHz
L1/L2/L3 Cache Size: 64K / 256K / 6144K
Memory Size: 12200 MB DDR4 / 2133 Dual Channel
Channel A: 4096 MB
Channel B: 8192 MB
BIOS Revision/Date: 06/23/19
Keyboard Error

Would anyone have an idea of what might cause this? My keyboard is a Logitech Wireless Illuminated K800 model. Once my PC has booted, the keyboard seems to operate as expected.

Hi,

have you tried booting without the keyboard installed?

Try using a different USB port as well.
