Windows 7 blue screen of death,aaaaaaaaargh

windows xp toshiba lap top, my girlfriends son has my old toshiba laptop,and it shows the blue screen of death with stop:c0000221 IEframe.DLL errrrr the rest is in swedish so I will not translate,can anyone help,or can I just download the dll and install it in the registry,or must I do a complete installation thanx buzznutsgrande
