Windows 7 Blue Screen on Window 7 (64) when trying to copy files to USB External HD

Here is a screen shot of the blue screen-- I am not sure what the display driver has to do with copying files.

That's a bad one.

Does it happen everytime you start your computer?

It only happens when I try to copy files to and from my USB external drives. I have two-- one is a Western Digital MyBook 160 GB drive and the other is an Iomega 1 TB drive. Same result with either one.

I found a fix on one of the other forums-- there is a hotfix for USB issues.
