Hello,

This is the Problem detail as perf a dialog box.

Hi Bhasker,
did you run the diagnostic tool as admin? Just right click on the install icon and choose properties followed by ticking the checkbox to run as admin.
Also, when i run the W7F Diagnostic Tool, i get the attached Dialog Box and an empty Folder.
Please help.
