Hi,

please run these scans to check on system corruption:

Open an admin command prompt:

You can find it in the start menu under windows system, simply right click and choose the following prompts:

ac.jpg

Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results

In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).

Download a fresh copy of the latest driver for your card:
https://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers

Download this application called DDU or Display driver uninstaller:
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V18.0.2.4 released. - Wagnardsoft Forum

Boot into safe mode and run the DDU as administrator, this will remove not only the driver but any associated corruption.

Boot back into windows and reinstall the fresh driver.

Post back if this doesn't help
