The best way to tell what your machine is actually running at is to go into the bios and check the actual settings. See what these apps say: Open Hardware Monitor - Core temp, fan speed and voltages in a free software gadget TechPowerUp Are you running any other applications yourself as there may be a conflict? Click to expand... I had the Asus AI Suite installed in order to flash the BIOS. Just deleted it but HWinfo shows the same results. I tried to start Real Temp but it isn't compatible with the processor. You'll find the screenshot of Open Hardware Monitor below. Moreover I'll attach a screenshot of HWMonitor. That's the tool I used in the past. Attachments Screenshot 2016-12-05 10.59.25.png 96 KB · Views: 373 Screenshot 2016-12-05 10.59.01.png 77.5 KB · Views: 362

kemical Windows Forum Admin Staff member Premium Supporter Dec 5, 2016 #24 Excellent thank you. Well that look's a lot better and as far as i can tell all looks as it should. Perhaps HWiNFO is more suited for Intel systems or was just buggy. @nmsuk and I were chatting about your issue last night and if your Vcore was actually the figure quoted it's doubtful your system would even boot.. If any issues should reoccur please post back including any new dump files.
