So I bought these Bluetooth headphones on Amazon, and they just arrived today. For some reason every time they connect, my headphones just turn off. I thought it was just the headphones so I tried it on another laptop just to make sure, but it worked perfectly there. I went to Device Manager and found out that my laptop has Bluetooth 4.2, while the headphones are Bluetooth 5.0. Although I did some research, and it said that they are actually compatible together. Using Windows 10.
