Windows 7 Boot Up Screen

I was wondering if there any programs (64 bit) out there that change the boo up screen. I have been transforming my laptop into gundam theme right now for fun and wanted to make the boot up screen the OS boot up screen from Gundam

Tuneup can be tried which does the job well.

It came with the laptop. So I'm guessing thatd be OEM from what I know.

But I want to remove



and replace it with a custom video.

The one guy said Tune Up but I don't understand how a tune up would help change my boot up screen
