Windows 7 "Browser crashed" messages when i close browsers

Whenever i close my google chrome browser I get a "Woah! Google Chrome has crashed, Restart now?" Message. Even though i closed it intentionally. its not a huge problem at the moment but it is a bit worrying.
The same thing happens when i close an IE browser, i get the standard windows has crashed message, does anyone know how i can fix this?
