Thats weird:
I ran my system at 100% (with Prime95) over 30 hours - no BSOD.

Now i rebooted and after 5 minutes i get same BSOD.

Don't know, what to do

If the hard disk is Ok, then replace RAM for sure. You have already run memtest and the RAM settings look right. You may also want to upgrade bios to the latest. Of course try SP1, but I guess it won't fix memory corruption.

Memory must be:

a) supported by the motherboard
b) the sticks should be identical and set as specified by the RAM maker

I it's me again with update.

I figured out:
- if I start computer i will get BSOD after X minutes (2 < X < 10)
- after few reboots (4 to 10) system gets stable
- i will not recieve any BSOD
- i ran 1 month test: I always puts system in sleep instead shutdown and it was OK. As soon i choose shutdown/restart i get BSOD.

Another thing:
- if I set XMP in bios system became unstable (no BSOD, but just screen freezes and computer needs hard reset).


I also make fresh copy of Win7 today (2 BSOD already recieved).

I also hope, that i will get some other sticks of RAM to tests. Which should i test? Also this Corsair i have are on compatibility list of my motherboard
