Windows 7 BSOD. "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor"

Hi,
New to site, first post.
I am logged on as the administrator and my Windows dump file is locked. When I open it it's empty. When I attempt to open previous versions it says I do not have admin privileges. I attempted to download and open the Take File Ownership shortcut but I get an error when I attemp to run the program after using the merge option.

I have already made sure my dump file is set up correctly by following these instructions:
  1. Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
  2. Click on the Advanced tab
  3. Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
  4. Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
  5. Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
  6. Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
  7. Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
I had a crash after setting it up.

I am trying to get help with this issue:
I get random crashes when I play DDO online. The screen freezes and I have to do a manual restart. I get a Kernal error, Event ID 41.

Hi.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the files in there to any other folder. Then zip them. Attach the zip to a post and we can have a look.

First of all I am logged on as the administrator. How do I get past this:

Try copying/pasting this to the start menu then hit enter:
Code:
%systemroot%\Minidump

It takes me to an empty folder. When I attempt to look at older versions it says I do not have the correct permissions and I am logged in as the admin.
