Windows 7 BSOD, BCCode 50 Constantly

My 7 installation is crashing to blue screen at random intervals. I haven't noticed any activity that causes it to happen more than anything else. It will crash even when it's in sleep mode.

The only consistency is a BCCode 50 (page fault in non-paged memory I believe).

I have a Vista installation on another hard drive that uses the same hardware without any problems.

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 x64 RC
Brand: Custom Built
Motherboard: nForce 608i SLi
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4
RAM: 2 x 1GB Corsair Dominator 800MHz DDR2, 2 x 2GB OCZ 800MHz DDR2
Video Card: BFG Geforce 8800 GTX OC
HDD: WD 500GB 7200RPM (Windows 7), WD 250GB 7200RPM (Vista)

Update: latest BSOD referenced nvlddmkm.sys

I had already installed that driver, but I went ahead and did a full removal and installation again.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to leave it in sleep mode for a few hours and see if it's stable.
