Hi, I have an Acer laptop that works fine in Safe Mode. I also have a Windows 7 disk that I can boot to if that will help in fixing my issue.

I had a program called MyWinLocker that was causing a BSOD. I couldn't remove it, so I followed some advice for another user in this forum:
http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/54591-bsod-some-reason-pc-works-fine-safe-mode.html

After removing the three files listed on page 2 of that thread, I am now in the same spot that the user in that thread was in. I get a blue screen when I try to start in normal mode that says "critical_service_failed". There was no resolution to the thread I am referencing, so I'm wondering of someone can take my case and get me going!?

Would really appreciate it. Thank you! I am posting a minidump zip.
