Heya,
I'll try give the maximum information about my system first, here we go :

Proc:Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E8400 (bought the 06/27/2008)
- CM:Asus P5Q Pro
- Boitier:Cooler Master Centurion 590
- ram:G.Skill Kit Extreme2 2 x 2 Go PC6400 PQ DDR2 800
- Ventirad: Noctua NH-U12P
- Alim: Enermax Liberty 400w
- OS: Win7 64 bits

Since he happens randomly i can't give u the exact BSOD error, but i'll try update next time it happens. As asked, i joined the .rar with all infos about my system / cpuZ / RaMmon. As u can see my FSB is overclock, CPU Ratio Setting set to 9 and everything else to auto. I never had this issue before, so i think its a recent driver issue.

Also, i checked my RAM with Win7 tool, and everything seems fine.

Thx in advance, tell me if u need something else.

[EDIT] I changed BIOS settings to default then overclocked again with only FSB / CPU Ratio 9 to match with RAM (800hz)
Then i started Orthos to test my ram, after 3 hours (Self-test 20K passed!) i don't have any error or crash.

While we're testing for BSOD's, please remove the overclock and set the system to default values. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system is stable.
*****
The Asus P5 series of motherboards sometimes have problems using the "Auto" setting for RAM. Please visit the G.Skill website to get the recommended timings/settings/voltages for your RAM - and then set it manually in the BIOS (in other words, DO NOT use the "Auto" setting).
*****
I ran 8 memory dumps
There were 6 different BSOD error codes cited
and 6 different causes blamed

This is most likely a hardware problem. They (hardware problems) are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Link Removed - Invalid URL or Link Removed - Invalid URL ).
*****
Please turn Driver Verifier off. To do this, open up verifier and select "Delete existing settings" and click on the "Finish" button. Reboot to have the changes take effect.
*****

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Hello again,

Sorry to reply only now, i was really busy with other IRL issues.
So after a week of test, my pc seems back to normal, no more BSOD at all. I followed ur guide step by step, and u was 100% right about the memory.
I canceled the overclock for a while, reseted the bios with default settings, and check the ram. It was on auto of course, i changed to manual and set the ram to 5 5 12, after some research about my ram voltage.
It fixed the BSOD issues for good.

I think i should follow ur guide to the end, and update / uninstall this drivers, i also notice some software crash with 12.4 catalyst drivers so i should update them to 12.6 for more stability...

Thanks a lot for ur help, u guys are real pro.

Sorry to bump this, but i got a new crash recently.

Here the issue : i was watching 2 1080p stream at the same time, one in full screen then i noticed my ATI driver (graphic card driver) just lost the source and reloaded, of course flash droped too and both screen was green. Then i crashed. U can see the error message in the .jpeg i joined.

I heard it could be a flash player issue with 3D acceleration, so i disable it in flash.

Please zip up and upload the memory dump. They're located in C:\Windows\Minidump
