Solution
Your dump files are a bit all over the place, however several suggest an issue with memory, which could lead us somewhere. You should probably first take care of these two drivers
IesDrv.sys 1/8/2009 ASRock IES Utility
and
Rt64win7.sys 2/26/2009 Realtek network card driver
Then go here Link Removed
follow the instructions, collect the data, put it into a new desktop folder, zip it up and attach it.
DUMP:
Code:
Unable to load image \??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Drivers\IesDrv.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for IesDrv.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for IesDrv.sys
Probably caused by : IesDrv.sys ( IesDrv+54ef )

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to...
Link Removed Here My SF Diag Info All 8 Things But You Still Might Wanna Grab The Other Dmp files above because i only have 2 dmp files in this one because those are the ones that happened today 9/12

Before going any further I seriously suggest that you uninstall Norton Symantec.

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. Uninstall Norton through Programs and Features. Then clean up after it by using the Link Removed in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Link Removed due to 404 Error as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

Still showing BHDrvx64.sys Bash Driver Symantec. Trying running this Link Removed "Download and Run Norton Removal Tool".

Get rid of the remnants of norton as referenced above
Turn off Driver Verifier
And consider installing Sp1 Link Removed make sure you obtain the proper file for your architecture (32 or 64 bit)

Thanks one problem down i removed all of the existing files with norton removal tool.. but im still having those problems with win32.sys and these are particulary when i play a game and crash dxgmms1.sys and dxgkrnl.sys here are some of the just recent dmp files that i had about 15mins ago trying to turn my computer on Link Removed

@ turn off driver verifier i remember turning it on once but now when i search for it in my start menu it cant be found O_O

ok disabled driver verifier and now about that sp1 , its in my windows updates and every time i try to download that it ethier goes half way or ethier doesnt start.. i looked at my downloads once and it said it aready downloaded it before but i dont think it did.. ive tryed windows hot fix and bunch other stuff but it wont download

use the link I provided in Internet Explorer, complete the validation process and this will allow you access to the stand alone ISOs which you can use to create an install DVD.

Are you saying that you are unable to pass the validation process in order to download the stand alone version of Sp1, because you are not running a legitimate (authentic) version of Windows 7??

Then I don't understand the issue. The creation of the Sp1 (CD or DVD whichever) doesn't require a product key, nor does the installation of Sp1, as a matter of fact I don't know where the topic of a product key comes into the conversation or process except that you must click the "Continue" button (for Windows Genuine Advantage Validation) and copy and paste the code into the box and click validate, so what's the problem?
Are you unsure of which file you need, the downloads available are explained at the bottom of the page under the instructions section.

Nope. The purpose of having a public forum is that it benefits everyone... you, me and everyone reading it now and in the future. We are all here to learn and help others and we do it for free. If you have something to discuss that you don't want to share in a public forum, then perhaps you are better off, keeping it to yourself and I'm probably better off not hearing it.
Sorry
Regards
Randy
