Have you run the diagnostics that we suggested? If so, what were the results?
Memory dump still looks like hardware to me - so the results of the diagnostic tests will suggest where we'll have to go.
As there seems to be video involvement, I suggest that you replace your video drivers this way:
- download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the latest video drivers for your card from World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA
- uninstall the current nVidia drivers
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's
Here are some video troubleshooting steps (you're not having these errors, but the troubleshooting may help figure this out): Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117
Please un-install the Asus Update software. It seems that it's the only older 3rd party driver left to try:
