Windows 7 BsOD: page_fault_nonpaged_area

Hi To all people, im new at this forum and i have a problem here when im shutting down my pc or just shutdown for rebooting from the normal configuration (Start -> Shutdown / Reboot), here is the minidump View attachment Minidump.zip , and its a problem like "page_fault_nonpaged_area",

You're simply having a problem with this faulty driver:

It's for your Motorola modem. If you have cell phone software installed, then get the latest version available for it. Install that.

Or it could be for the modem in your pc. In this case, update its drivers.

Thanks really, Torrent, but why in the date says "2008" when it says "
SmSerl64 SmSerl64.sys Fri Sep 26 04:45:56 2008" ? :S

You're welcome.

2008 is the year the driver was made by Motorola. The exact date is September 26, 2008. This is well before Windows 7 RTM was released and a very good reason to be suspicious of the driver's compatibility with Windows 7. Also, the crash dump specifically shows an error with it. It definitely should be updated or removed from the system.
