this looks like a graphic driver issue. I'm assuming your using the Intel graphics which are onchip.? Please update those with the version found on this page (second download down):

Hi,
whilst two of your dump files did relate to memory management and could indicate faulty RAM the above blames Panda Security and before testing your RAM I would test by removing Panda.
I can also see in the 'Call Stack' a list of the last sub routines that Panda was at fault so try un-installing and using MSE instead (it's very stable)

If the bsod continues then you'll need to test your RAM. Windows does have a memory testing app but it can miss errors and the best app for the job is Memtest86.
If you open the link below you'll see you can run Memtest86 in two ways. You can either burn it to disk or install it onto a USB drive it's entirely up to you. You'll then need to enter the bios to change the boot order so you can boot from either the Disk or USB stick you have Memtest86 on.
You must test for at least 12 hours unless it becomes obvious there is a problem straight away (you'll see errors outlined in red.

Sounds like you have bad or faulty RAM. This will need replacing I'm afraid.

You can test each stick individually if you wish although most users buy matched sets as opposed to buying sticks on their own. It's entirely up to you.

Does it matter which DDR3 ram should I be buying? What speed for the ram?

If you remove the sticks which are already in that will give you an idea on what to buy although if you post what motherboard you have i'll be able to tell you better.

I'd pull the sticks which are already in and replace like for like.

As it doesn't show a speed on their like 1333MHz or 1600MHz I'd pull the sticks out and see whats written on the side.
