Windows 10 BSOD problem HELP

I am frequently experiencing BSODs and NVIDIA Kernel Mode driver crashes when playing Dota 2 since October 2015. I have no idea why this happens and I have done factory settings restore but the problem still persists. I have tried keeping my drivers up-to-date but it still crashes when I am playing the game. I also did a roll-back on the drivers and it doesn't help too. Downloaded the recommended drivers for my Lenovo PC model and still it doesn't fix anything. I am suspecting that it may due to a hardware problem, maybe a damaged Graphics Card or RAM problem. Can anyone please help ?

Windows 10 Pro
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50 GHz
System type : 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
Display :
-Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

-NVIDIA Quadro K1100M

Hi,
of the two bugchecks sent one was the driver verifier which blamed the system kernel and the above means that for whatever reason internal data or 'Flags' were invalid (Typically, a program uses a flag to remember something or to leave a sign for another program.).

If you haven't already please turn off the verifier.

This could be down to corruption within the system itself or a driver.

Try uninstalling your current gpu driver using this application:
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V15.7.4.1 Released. - Wagnardmobile Forum
You will need to boot into safe mode in order to utilise it best but this will clear out any old bits of driver left behind by previous installs.
Re-install the driver from your systems support page:

Driver wise you don't look in too bad a shape although I notice there is a bios update available. If you don't feel up to installing the bios update i understand but if the bsod continues you may want to reconsider and perhaps get a local computer shop to update the bios for you.

File scans
Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin command prompt'. Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results

In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).

If the first scan found files it could not repair but the second scan is successful, run the first scan again using the same command prompt box and this time it should repair the files found.

Does the crash only happen with Dota 2 or any other game?
Try running the furmark test to check for stability:
FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

As your testing please monitor system temperatures:
HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download

Thanks for your help ! Really appreciated it. The crash happens most frequently, and very frequently in Dota2, but other games such as Fallout4 will sometimes have the same crashes too. I will do the steps and update you my progress ASAP

@kemical I was unable to complete the second scan through the command :
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Below is a PNG of the scan results. Any idea?

Hmm.. try running this troubleshooter and then run it again please.
Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps - Windows Help -

Failing that this guide will show you what you need to do in order to get Dism to run:
System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files & DISM to fix things SFC cannot
