Windows 7 BSOD Problem on Shutdown or hibernation

I have HP DV7 laptop and until recently no issues but over the last month I have BSOD issues.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE with umbus.sys.

I have attached a copy of the latest dump file.

I have updated the drivers for the video card and the webcam and updated the BIOS. It appears to be temporarily fixed and then the USB stops working as well as the webcam.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'd look into updating that.

You could also look into removing Avast! with the special tool found here to see if it alleviates the problem, after giving attention to the above:
