Windows 7 BSOD Random Times

Hello....1st of all I apologize my bad English.

I had Vista on this PC and it started to get bluescreen, so I installed Windows 7 32bit Ultimate and I still got Bluescreen on start up, Internet almost everywhere.... I bought new Ram memory´s and Bluescreen loses like 40% away....

Now I installed Windows 7 64bit with CLEAN INSTALL and I still get Bluescreen errors.
I Hope Someone could help me solve this problem.
