Just a question - Microsoft MVP with a MacBook? :)razz:)

new hdd, solid state
Just to clarify - New HDD, or New SSD? Or both? (HDD isn't SSD by the way)
If SSD -
Check firmware is up to date
Check current firmware has no reported problems (look through manufac. forums, user notes)
If HDD -
Use HDTune HD Tune website, run it for a few days and monitor for problems.
Also check controller driver is up to date.

new memory , replaced all 16 gig
So you have new 16 Gigs of memory, correct?
If it's two sticks (2x8GB), check the RAM sticks are in the correct slots (check mobo manual)
If four sticks (4x4GB), make sure they're all securely in (do this as well if it's two sticks)
Also use Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool, run it overnight and check for any errors. If you DO find an error, post back and we'll look in to it.

new install of win7 and bootcamp and mac osx
Did it come up with any errors? (I don't use a Mac myself, so I can't really help there)

I don't have my minidump analyzer, so I can't do much about the attached file. And I'm in a hurry, late for something. I'll see if I can look over the systeminfo or other docs soon.

Here is a bit of history and clarification.

I had win7 on my mac for over a year with heaving development in VS2012.
One day it blue screens and I tried to fix it for over a month.
I was able to get it to play nicer by altering the cores from 8to4 in msconfig however it now bluescreen regardless.

I took it into apple for a 3 days hardware test and it passed all the tests. I did mem tests and it passed. I decided to upgrade the ram and hard drive , just to be sure.

I purchased 16 gid 8x8 of new ram and a new ssd drive 512gig and started fresh.

I still get bsod and I am totally at a loss.

Could someone look at my files I added and help me, I have a 4000$ paperweight at the moment :{

Joel :(

What did you use for an HDD before the 512 gB SSD? About when did you switch over to this SSD?
First, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The only driver that I see that isn't obviously a MAC or a core Windows driver is CS420x64.sys - a Cirrus Logic HD Audio driver
Try uninstalling that (do without sound for a bit) to see if it fixes things. If so, then we can try to track down better drivers for it.

Only 120 Windows Updates since SP1 - most systems have 130/140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates. Interestingly, I notice some Windows Update failures dating from 1/1/2001 - what there a period when the time wasn't correctly set on the system? If so, does it relate to the appearance of the BSOD's?

Please also run the Apple Update/Software Update so that all the Apple drivers are the latest.

We've seen a number of BSOD issues with SSD's. Here's the information that I've compiled so far:
There's not a whole bunch available to test SSD's. The "easiest" test is to remove the SSD, install a platter-based hard drive, install Windows and test for stability that way.

Here's some suggestions:
- Update the SSD's firmware to the latest available version (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) What it has when it comes out of the box isn't necessarily the latest.
- Update the motherboard controllers drivers to the latest available version from the controller manufacturer (NOT the mobo manufacturer unless you can't find any on the controller manufacturer's website)
- Slow the memory (RAM) down to the next slower speed (I've only seen one person who claimed that this worked for them).
- Use any manufacturer's utilities that you may have. If you don't have any, then try this free one (I haven't used it myself): Crystal Dew World
- Update chipset and storage controller drivers to the latest available from the manufacturer of the device (not the manufacturer of the motherboard). Be sure to update ALL controllers on the motherboard!
....NOTE: Recently (Nov 2011) we had BSOD issues with the Marvell 91xx controller and an SSD. You may have to switch controllers also.
- Replace the SSD with a platter based hard drive and see if that stops the BSOD's. If it does, then it's likely that there's a problem with the SSD OR an incompatibility with your system.
It's my opinion that SSD's aren't reliable enough (with current hardware) to be used on a system that needs to work reliably. Until I see reliability I will not recommend, nor will I use, SSD's for critical applications.
06 Dec 2011 - This post tends to confirm issues with certain SSD chipsets and certain controllers - [SOLVED] cant find the cause of BSOD F4 - Tech Support Forum
29 May 2012 - The frequency of BSOD's with SSD's seems to have been decreasing over the last several months. It may be approaching time to re-evaluate my stand on their suitability for use in production systems.
10 Nov 2012 - I'm seeing an upswing in SSD errors - but most appear due to older storage controller drivers. I strongly suggest NOT using storage controller drivers that don't date from 2012 (if none are available, don't connect an SSD to that controller)
05 Jan 2013 - very interesting post about difficulties with the Marvell controllers even when not connected to the SSD drives: https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cr...-pc-reboots-when-waking-sleep.html#post169956
I'm not familiar with the support that Apple has for SSD's on it's storage controllers - but older storage controllers are historically a problem when using SSD's. Do you have a spare platter-based HDD that you could image the current installation to - and then see if it runs OK?

Another possibility (due to the presence of Windows USB drivers in the raw stack text) is a USB device - or a program working on a USB device. Does this bring anything to mind?

The IRFilter driver is sorta old. I'd suggest disabling it's device to see if it is a problem. Disable in the BIOS (if possible), if not possible, then disable within Windows.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I get the problem too, how to get my dump file?
Hi chameleon rising,
ok here's what you need to do. first look in the windows folder for something called 'minidump'. Inside this folder you'll find dump files which we need to read in order to see what your issue is.
If you cannot find a minidump folder then your system needs to be changed so it will create one.
Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be
found later.
Click and apply to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Once you have some dump files then read the thread found here:
http://windowsforum.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-help-with-a-bsod-problem.38837/

You'll then need to create a new thread in this section here including your dump files:
