Hi,
all your dump files are similar to the above and are network related. As your using a laptop the drivers for which are almost always supplied by the manufacturer.
The support page for your model is here:
http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/NP300E5X-S01IN-downloads
I see most of the downloads are dated 2012 and only for Windows 7. What's puzzling me is the network driver installed is dated 2013 but yet the support page has a driver only for 2012? If you have got this 2013 download through windows update or another source please uninstall and use the driver specified on the support page.
Also please remove Quick Heal AntiVirus and use the installed Defender application as this has been known on occasion to cause issues.
Post any new dump files.

Thank you very much for your reply,

samsung support have given drivers only for win 7.

i am using win 8.

i have installed all drivers using samsung software update utility....

after posting this thread i tried removing quick heal,
now its working surprisingly.

i downloaded 1.3 gb in torrent.
no BSOD now.

i was using quick heal for its automatic scan pendrive utility.

can u please tell me alternative for this.

how can i scan a usb drive with win defender ?

how can i protect my pc from virus from someone's pen drive ?

this reply will be so helpful for me...

Hi faizanvahevaria,
to scan pen drives using Defender you need to first insert the pen drive then open up Defender. Under the 'Home' tab you need to click 'Custom' and then scan. You'll then see a box which will show all the drives on your machine. You simply need to check the box next to the drive you want scanning and off you go.. :). To be really safe I always use Malwarebytes as well as Defender as it's also very stable and do not conflict with each other..
