Hi,
we really need your actual dump file in order to debug. Please read the thread found here and post the results:
http://windowsforum.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-help-with-a-bsod-problem.38837/

In the meantime, if your screen is freezing or going black and a loud buzzing noise is coming from speaker/headphones then a likely culprit is overheating. Check your CPU and GPU temps when playing the game. As soon as you have the dump file posted I'll debug asap.

No that's great.. Back shortly Oh did you check the temps?

Okay GPU goes up to 70C, but how do i check for CPU? I'm not really an expert about computers and stuff like that..

Hi,
you have a number of different dump files with memory corruption, Bugcheck 124 (hardware error) and the above included. The above relates to this:

xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 15:28:44 2009: XBox USB wireless controller BSOD issues in Win7 with 2009 driver please update:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=Gaming&type=Gaming&sku=JR9-00001

BiosVersion = 0604
BiosReleaseDate = 07/22/2010
Your bios has updates pending. Please update as this can also have a bearing on the 124 bugcheck:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/HelpDesk_Download/
Please follow the instructions and make double sure you have the correct download for your board. I'm pretty sure that's your motherboard but please make certain. Usually the download section has an app for updating the bios found under utilities.

atikmdag.sys Thu Mar 10 02:47:24 2011: AMD GPU driver. Please use the app found here to uninstall as this will also remove any loose ends:
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
You can download the latest version for your card here:
http://support.amd.com/en-us

I notice your running Avira AV. Please remove and install MSE has it creates a known stable environment:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

RTKVHD64.sys Fri Mar 29 13:40:06 2013: Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver please update:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

If after making the above changes you still get a bsod then monitor temps using this app:
http://www.hwinfo.com/

Post any new dump files

See my post above now it's finished properly (I posted it too early by mistake)

I am having problems with BIOS part, i download the latest version of BIOS and BIOS-Utilities, but when i try to run AFUDOS.exe it says "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

As far as i know my OS is 64-bit, so what should i do about this one?

I think that's for when you update using DOS try using EZ Flash:

Okay so i updated BIOS now it's on 6/8/12.. One tihng: I didn't used display driver uninstaller, i just installed the the AMD GPU driver, so should I use the driver uninstaller or not?

See how you go.... Did you uninstall the driver first before installing the new version?

Try creating a restore point instead which will allow you to go back before the driver was installed:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows7/create-a-restore-point

To use the driver uninstaller boot into safe mode by pressing F8 continually when booting the system up. You'll see a menu appear and choose safe mode from that. Once in safe mode right click on the driver uninstaller and choose 'run as admin' then let it do it's thing. Once you've rebooted back into windows install the latest version as posted above.

I still get BSOD, i played one match, nothing happens, then i tried to join another server, and BSOD happend. What should i do now? :/

As memory corruption was mentioned in your first dump file try testing your RAM. Download the latest version of the app found here:
http://www.memtest.org/
This guide although a little old will show you how best to use it:
http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/tutorial-how-to-use-memtest.62524/

Also try installing the latest network adapter for your model:
Atheros AR8131
http://www.atheros.cz/atheros-network-download.php?chipset=48&system=5

I'll be back a little later today. Please check your CPU temps too and post any new dump files.
