Can anyone help me with this problem, i just dont know the cause of BSOD. Is it hardware or software problem?

you have a number of different dmp files although many contain the above error. The cdd.dll quoted above can mean a number of things, it's a microsoft display driver (or part of) and it's appearance can signify either malware, corrupt files or hardware issues.
Your missing a service pack. Either run windows update or download the service pack here:

Once the service pack is installed you'll still need to update windows so run the update application again.

If the cdd.dll file is just corrupt a system file check should fix it. Find cmd prompt via the start menu. Right click on it, choose properties and then run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.
If you still bsod after updating the above test RAM using this app:

Run for a few passes.
Post any new dmp files.

-Bios version 3.2 installed with Live update tool.
-Daemon Tools uninstalled.
-Realtek Gigabit Network driver updated.
-When I run sfc /scannow it says: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Will see what will further happen.
Tnx again!
Just one more question, how long should i take memtest? How many passes, or hours?
