DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL (c5)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is
caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. Run the driver
verifier against any new (or suspect) drivers, and if that doesn't turn up
the culprit, then use gflags to enable special pool.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff80003006617, address which referenced memory

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88004026270, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff8800215d668, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff8800215cec0, Context Record Address
Debugging Details:

Re-attach CPU-Z MEMORY snip. Again, the voltage must be set right - 1.5v or 1.65v not sure what it is in your case. (See the mnufacturer's web page). You're currently set at 1333mhz 9 9 9 24. F3-12800CL9-2GBRL is rated 1600mhz 9-9-9-24. Check the manufacturer's site for more details and any special notes such as the voltage sometimes to be set manually.

ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (fc)
An attempt was made to execute non-executable memory. The guilty driver
is on the stack trace (and is typically the current instruction pointer).
When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff88009f203d0, Virtual address for the attempted execute.
Arg2: 8000000091e0a963, PTE contents.
Arg3: fffff88009f20200, (reserved)

Then it said a disk had to be checked, file system NTFS. It looked like the chkdsk /f command I already did. When I ran that command before, once the disk checker finished I didn't know what it did or I never saw a report.
At one point I also got an error on startup that said: ERROR ... ... DRAM frequency reset to lower frequency.
Or something... can't quite remember.
Does my RAM default to lower than manufacturer settings because they have to run in accordance with the CPU? If I'm adjusting RAM settings, wouldn't it also be necessary to modfiy CPU settings? Also, why would adjusting these settings fix my problems after I've run on default settings for close to a year with no problems?

Arg2: fffff80002ea7308, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880031a7fc8, Exception Record Address

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

Ran memtest86 X10 with no errors.
HD diagnostics ran and found nothing wrong.
PassMark/HDDScan showed everything OK.
Lots of times when I boot up, nothing will happen. Computer appears to be on but blank screens. Windows also will fail to load on occasion.
