Windows 8 C: Drive full all of the sudden. Help!

Hello I have a Windows 8 PC and my 500gb C: drive is showing that it is nearly full all of the sudden. It was around 195 GB yesterday and now it is showing 465gb. I looked in the drive to see where all the GB were, but the numbers don't add up. The Windows folder, Program Files, Users, ect all add up to about what it was before. I have ran disk cleanup and nothing changed and my AVG antivirus shows no infection. But the computer is so taken up that I can't even open some pictures because it says there isn't enough memory. Is there a hidden infection on my computer? How do I get my memory back?

Have you enabled Virtualization in your BIOS menu recently? Since I faced that exact problem when I enabled it.
