This page and the Unity links should give you some info:

External Resource Directory - The Chromium Projects

I haven't used the os but see this link:
Google Groups

Also please stop sending personal messages asking for help. If we know the answer we will reply.

Edit sorry Pat I think we were posting at the same time.

Well, someone said to me:

Downloadable Client
Chrome OS doesn't run executable files such as .exe (for Windows) nor .app (for Mac). As such, downloadable client will not be an option.

Browser Plugin
In order to play within the browser, the NPAPI plugin known as Unity Web Player is required. Unfortunately, Google deprecated and dropped the support for it.

is it true or not?

It would seem so although see this link for a possible solution:
Google Chrome just killed the Unity Web Player

It will be down to testing individual games and the assets they use. (No problem Ross - it's the nature of the beast.)

And? That doesn't give me anything.

Google Native Client is unsupported since Unity 4.3 :(
"Google Native Client support is not functional in Unity 4.3. If you need to publish to Native Client you can still use Unity 4.2.2."
