I also have URL's saved in a Password data file that used to open when I clicked them; now doesn't work
I think it has something to do with Permissions. It happened once before and I accidentally corrected it but now
cant remember what I did. Appreciate help.:(

      • Make sure that MSN Live Mail or Yahoo Messenger is set as the default program for handling email.
      • Verify that the browser is set as the default program for opening URLs.
    []Reset Default Programs:
    • If the default programs are not set correctly, you can reset them by:

    ]Check Permissions:
    • Ensure that the user account you are using has the necessary permissions to access the mail services and open URLs. You can do this by:
      • Right-clicking on the program icon and selecting "Run as administrator" to see if it resolves the issue temporarily.
      • Checking the file permissions of the Password data file to ensure that your user account has the required access.
    []Reset File Associations:
    • To reset file associations for URLs, you can:
      • Open the Default Programs Control Panel as mentioned earlier.
      • Click on "Associate a file type or protocol with a program."
      • Locate the URL extension (e.g., .url) and set the default program to your preferred browser.

    ]System Restore:
    • If you remember approximately when this issue started, you can perform a System Restore to revert your system to a point where everything was working correctly. Try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please provide more details about your operating system and any error messages you encounter for further assistance.
