Windows 8 Can'T Download Drivers Or Launch Team 8 On Windows 8

I just bought an HP Pavilion PI6-2316S with an Epson Printer XP 400. I can't download any drivers to get the printer to work. Each time I download, they either stop or won't let me save. I can't use Team 8 remote either. I've never been so frustrated with a system before.
Please render help on how to launch Team 8, and how to download drivers. Thank You.

not sure what link your using for the Epson drivers but try this:

Epson XP-400, Drivers & Downloads - Technical Support - Epson America, Inc.

Also if your using Chrome or IE to download try swopping browsers. As for Team 8, does their site offer any information on windows 8 compatibility?

What are you referring to with "Team 8 Remote"?

Team 8 Remote is software one can use to repair problems on someone's computer from any remote computer.

Do you mean TeamViewer version 8? If so, what is it doing or not doing.
