Windows 7 Can't enable wireless on my Dell Inspiron

Hi all, I can't seem to enable wireless connection. I have windows 7 and I've tried every button combo I can find. I went into systems and started WLAN AutoConfig and set the startup to automatic but it still won't work

Also does the device show up in device manager?
