Windows 10 Can't Get The Update

So i can't reserve my free upgrade on my Computer that come with pre-installed Windows 8.1 Pro also there is nothing i mess with it, the OS is official and stock but i did'nt recieve that Windows 10 Update icon in my taskbar, in my Laptop which is done a update of Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 got the update of it, but my Computer does'nt it have mcafee anti virus.
